Storing your cake:
Cover and store leftover cake in the refrigerator. The cake is best enjoyed within 2 days of receipt for optimal freshness. For best results, cover any exposed cake in cling film to prevent the cake from drying out in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before enjoying!
