How It Works

Your gift card will be issued with a unique redemption code. The recipient can use the gift card toward an eligible Iced So Sweet purchase.

Gift cards may be used for the purchase price of an order. If the order total is greater than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Please note: Custom orders must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A gift card does not reserve a specific date or guarantee availability.

Gift Card Policies

• Gift cards are redeemable toward purchases from Iced So Sweet.
• Gift cards are valid for local pickup orders in the Cypress/Houston, Texas area.
• Gift cards cannot be used for shipping or delivery charges.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards cannot be used toward previous purchases.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional discounts unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• Custom orders remain subject to Iced So Sweet's ordering policies, including availability, payment, cancellation, and change policies.
• Gift card balances are not transferable for cash.
• If a gift card is redeemed in person and the remaining balance is less than $2.50, Texas law requires the seller to provide a cash refund of that remaining balance upon the consumer's request.

Texas Cottage Food Notice

Iced So Sweet operates as a Texas cottage food production operation. Food orders are prepared in a private residence and are available for local pickup in accordance with applicable Texas cottage food requirements. Texas law requires cottage food products to include the applicable cottage food labeling disclosure.

Sales Tax

The purchase of a gift card or gift certificate itself is not subject to Texas sales tax. Sales tax, when applicable, is collected when the gift card is redeemed for a taxable purchase.
