Custom order Policy:

We require at least 3 weeks' notice for all custom orders. Rush orders are accepted if availability permits. ($25 Rush order fee.)
We require full payment on all orders. Once the payment is received the order is confirmed and added to my calendar. (We accept payment through Zelle or with debit or credit card via Square Invoice.)
Payment must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the payment request. If payment is not received within 48 your order request will be canceled.

Cancellation / Changes Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted until 1 week prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount - if canceled at least 1 week in advance we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 3 months from that date. We will provide no other refunds regardless of the circumstances. You will be required to pay the full amount if the order is canceled with less notice.
