Terms & Conditions
Payment & Retainer
- Orders under $250: Payment is due in full to confirm your order and reserve your date.
- Orders of $250 or more: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and begin work on your order. The retainer is applied toward your total.
- Your order is not confirmed and will not be placed on our calendar until payment (full payment or retainer, depending on the total) is received.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice/payment request. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order request may be canceled.
- The remaining balance for orders $250+ is due no later than 7 days before pickup/delivery. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the order may be canceled, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Changes
Retainer Fee:
- The 50% retainer is non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations, date changes, or no-shows.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

If canceled with at least 14 days’ notice, you may choose one of the following (pick the one you prefer):

Option A: Retainer is forfeited.

Option B: Retainer may be transferred once to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability.

- Cancellations or changes made with less than 14 days’ notice are treated as a cancellation, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Full Payment:

- Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the scheduled pickup time.
- If canceled with at least 14 days' notice, any payments made may be transferred to a future order within 90 days.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- Orders canceled with less than 14 days' notice will require full payment.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
- Once you or a designated party has picked up your order, it is considered accepted.
- All products become the responsibility of the customer after pickup. We are not responsible for damages occurring during transport, set-up, or any time thereafter.
- Care instructions for carrying, transporting, and storing your product will be provided at pickup. Please note that products are fragile, and damage can occur if not handled properly (e.g., cracks, smudges, melted frosting).
Guarantee & Disclaimer
- We do our best to ensure your order is decorated according to the written specifications provided.
- Each order is handmade, and decorative finishes are subject to our decorators’ artistic interpretation.
- Inspiration photos are welcome, but we cannot guarantee exact duplication of another decorator’s work.
- All Custom Orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
